Hurray! I am feeling super accomplished! Managed to plan a mini surprise bday celebration for hui xin's 21st. Of cuz, credit goes to my super efficient partner, shao zhi too! Haha both of us rocks yea? No wonder y we are born a day difference only.. hahaha:)

Anyway, sz & myself + some kahu peeps met up last fri to decide on what we can make for hx. In the end, the brillant me came up with the idea of a diary( diary entries coupled with all of our pics) + our individual biodata (remember those times in pri sch whereby we all wrote in autograph bks..)+msg & everyone agreed! Haha yay! Actually, our original idea was to come up with a story but sadly, it didnt really work out. I think if we really do come up with one, it will be super lame & crappy!

Since we did not have the pics last fri yet, kahu met earlier at abt 3pm in sch again to finish up everything. Everything was super rushed can! On top of pasting the pics, we still have to prepare luke,chantal & kiat li bday presents! Fortunately, this time round we have more ppl ard. Initially we wanted to surprise luke with his present at 5pm but we only managed to surprise luke at 6 plus as we are not able to finish everything on time. After tt, we rushed to vivo city as we told kl to bring hx to vivo at abt 730pm! Haha and we also needed to get hx her bday present! Thankfully, we managed to find a wallet at mango.

So what did we plan out for her? Haha well, we planned out a mini-treasure hunt whereby there are 5 stations. Here's a summary:

So once she has successfully found the kahu member/s at station 1, he/she will pass her the clue for the 2nd station.

2nd: Pooh+ Bear ( difficulty level=1) ) (Ans: Pooh n Bear)

3rd: Find the faculty members here (difficulty level =2) (Ans: GG5)

4th: Jack(Jill + beanstalk) (difficulty level= 3) )(Ans: Giant)

5th: Werewolf Cemetery (difficulty level =4) ( Vivo rooftop)

So when she arrive at the 5th station, we will all be there waiting for her with the cake.

Hx is super smart can! She managed to find all of the stations super fast except for the last station. Haha but I bet kl dropped hints too! Nevertheless super glad that she had fun:) After all the cake cutting, present presentation, we finally went to swensens to have our dinner. Hx kindly treated all of us:) Haha another treat from swensens again..

Like what sz said, altho we may be mentally & physically drained, the whole thing was rather successful! Most importantly, the turnout was rather gd! 15 of us turned up and tt almost caused us not being able to find a suitable place to eat. To end off, I would like to thank KAHU for all yr help in making this mini celebration a successful one:) More outings to come during hol yea?
