The weekends were spent rather productively but very tiring! Went for ntu and nus open house on sat and smu on sunday. Sat was madness la, all thanks to js who suggested meeting at 9AM! haha,in the end, chew who lives the nearest was late!! Took a shuttle bus from buona vista all the way to ntu and the ride was quite long but oh well at least got js,chew & ale accompanying me!
Actually, i think i sort of decided what i want already but i am just afraid tt i will make the wrong choice but 1 thing 4 sure is tt i am def going into either social sci or econs. What really is stopping me from taking econs is the maths component cuz i have a phobia on Maths! haha this is true k, i am hopeless with maths i tell u. Anyway, mayping joined us later and we had a quick hostel tour before rushing down to clementi mrt station to meet jacqueline. Felt so bad for making her wait so long!
By the time we reached nus, it was abt 2 plus and we were all feeling so exhausted and hungry! Thus, went to grab a bite 1st b4 looking at all the booths. The last stop was of cuz the hostel tour! haha, i want to live in a hostel! Sigh but for now, I must make sure tt i can secure a place 1st..Super scared la, what if i cant get in?
So by the time we are done, it was already 6 plus and we were told tt there was no more shuttle bus service to the mrt station..In another words, we were kinda trapped in nus! In the end, we had to take a cab to dover mrt and guess what, after me n ale came out of the cab, we saw the nus bus! gosh, felt so cheated!
Sunday- Smu open house with js & chew.. smu is indeed very happening and i really like their psychology course cuz there is a business component incorporated with it, better than clinical or labs. However, with my grades, highly doubt i will make it. Argh, why cant nus or ntu have this business component too??
All in all, I did have my fair share of fun visiting all the open houses cuz i met so many sc ppl! haha, many of whom I have not seen for ages! Well, really hope tt i can get in!
