The 3 of us, soo ling,puay shian and me went down to marina sq to help out in the grant a wish external drive. we did the 10am-12pm slot but frankly speaking, we didnt do much cuz there wasnt tt many ppl ard. haha i mean like duh rite, who on earth will go shopping so early in the morn!! So for the 2 whole hrs, we just stood at a prominent place and talked among ourselves.:) After our shift ended, we decided to grant a wish so we chose to get a watch. went ard searching for a suitable male watch and finally with the help of the lady at the shop, we decided on a black and blue watch. haha,hopefully the 14 yr old kid will like it! Then, went lunch with puay shian without soo ling as she got something on. Took such a long time to decide on the place to eat and yes i know is my fault for being picky,haha sorry!
Oh, I did a gd deed today! This was what happened: While waiting for pris, I was sitting down at the chair at the platform area at tp mrt station with a bk and my songs accompanying me. Out of the blue, this lady just appeared from no where and asked me if i cld help her call someone. At tt pt of time,I was quite shocked but not knowing how to reject her, I said ok. Apparently, she is from hk and is in spore for a holiday. She was supposed to be her frens but somehow got lost cuz i think she boarded the train without her frens. The funny thing is, she wanted to looked for her fren who is working in a shop at far east selling clothes so she gave me the shop no and asked me to call. Thus,I called and guess wat, i ended up calling a shop selling toiletries at muhammad sultan!! gosh and after tt she told me tt number was given to her 2 yrs ago!! In the end, she asked me to bring her to far east so tt she can find her fren.Since i got nth to do and being the nice me, I brought her all the way to far east.Funny encounter i must say.
In the evening, went to yingmin's church with pris. Her church is indeed a stark contrast from my church! pris was commenting tt her church is not so active den i told her tt if she feels tt way, den my church wld be the extreme! But it was really a gd experience, really felt very inspired although the style of worship may be diff frm fe. Maybe is because is more applicable to us since the service is catered to only our age grp if not ard our age grps and this is 1 thing I like about her church. Also, saw quite a no of sc ppl which makes me feel tt i am back in sc!Simply love the feeling man.
